  • Ensure Chino continues to adequately fund and develop our vital infrastructure systems

  • Take a balanced growth approach in planning for the next 15 to 20 years

  • Use the General Plan as the guiding document when considering all future development projects assessed by our Planning Commission, local organizations, and public input

  • Work with our Community Services Commission and Community Services Department to further develop our direct delivery services offered to our youth and senior citizens

  • Continue to invest in the training and technology throughout Chino, ensuring our first responders have the resources to protect residents, business owners, and property

  • Continue to support existing safety practices by our police department, while being open to new ideas in efforts to promote Chino’s quality of life

  • Continue supporting walk-up State sponsored COVID-19 testing for all individuals: uninsured, undocumented, or homeless

  • Continue working with businesses and nonprofit organizations to help find solutions to the growing homeless and mental health issue

  • Explore innovative ways to keep citizens better informed about social services made available like our counseling services and case management services

January 2021

  • Continue using fiscally conservative and prudent practices to promote economic prosperity and long term sustainability

  • Take a collaborative approach in the budget preparation process to create a budget that reflects the needs of our growing community

  • Introduce and explore innovative 21st century strategies with our local business owners to sustain growth and adapt to this “new way of life” and digital era we’re living in

  • Continue to improve reserves to meet known and unknown obligations we have to community members and business owners amid uncertain shutdowns

  • Explore innovative revenue sources, particularly those that will not add to the tax burden of residents and local businesses

December 2020

  • I plan to be a part of Chino’s success by listening to your concerns and collaborating with you on future plans and solutions to lead Chino into the future

  • I will make our city and city officials proud by continuing their legacy for years to come

  • If we truly want change, we need our leaders to support the rise of younger people in elected offices

  • I don’t know it all. I possess the intentional attitude and behavior to keep learning and growing throughout life. I am teachable, open, and willing to learn

  • I devote my time, patience, and energy into Chino because I care about the community and what’s happening
